Successfully conducted training seminar "Innovations in HR selection"

On March 21, 2024 a training seminar on "Innovations in HR selection" took place in the conference hall of the Innobridge Business Innovation Center. The event, organized in partnership with IDEAS FreeBoss, a leading company for supporting entrepreneurs and leaders from the private, public and social sectors, managed to gather in one place many experts, representatives from the field of human resources, as well as stakeholders.

The main emphasis was placed at the beginning of the event by Mr. Airi Memishev, project manager at BIC INNOBRIDGE, who made a presentation of the innovative project "i-Coach: An innovative toolkit for implementing internship programs", which aims to support the successful creation and management of internship programs. He emphasized the importance of the online platform and the training content created by the project, which includes a range of important topics to help both create and run successful internship programs in organizations. Among the topics presented are pedagogy, learning principles and processes, communication and active listening, organization and time management, motivating and encouraging interns, emotional intelligence, as well as promoting an intern program. The second part of the event was dedicated to the partners from IDEAS FreeBoss, presented by the international trainer Mr. Mark De Turk, who gave a lecture on "Effective selection and hiring - how to see through the mask of the candidate". Among the topics discussed during the lecture were various techniques for asking the right questions, psychological aspects of interviewing, techniques for reading non-verbal communication, as well as practical tips for filtering information.

The event ended with a networking session, during which participants had the opportunity to exchange business ideas, contacts and discuss opportunities for future collaborations.
