Training seminar "Innovations in HR selection"

Innobridge Business Innovation Center, in partnership with IDEAS FreeBoss, organizes a training seminar designed for HR professionals who want to upgrade their skills in the field of effective recruitment and hiring of new staff on a job and/or internship. The event will take place on 21.03.2024. from 3:30 p.m. in the conference hall of the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located at 3A Tsar Ferdinand Blvd., Ruse.

Part 1: Presentation of the i-Coach project
The first part of the workshop will focus on the different stages of running a successful and effective internship program, starting with the creation of an implementation plan, going through the interview and hiring process, the implementation of the internship and ending with its evaluation and the improvement of the methodology used based on of the feedback received.

Part 2: Lecture (in the form of a webinar) on the topic "Effective Recruitment and Recruiting - How to See Through the Mask of the Candidate" with guest speaker Mark De Turk.
