12 May | 15:00 – 17:00
Stress acts as an accelerator:
Chelsea Erieau
it will push either forward or backward, but you choose which direction!
Do you realize what is the cause of work stress and anxiety in you/your team?
Do you understand exactly what stress is, how it works, and how it affects you?
What stress management techniques do you know?
And what stress management techniques do you use?
These are just some of the questions we will be addressing during our meeting, which is part of the Work Stress Awareness Days series within the project "StressOut - Modern methods for managing work stress". The event will take place on May 12 at 3:00 p.m. in the conference hall of the Rousse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, located at Tsar Ferdinand Blvd. 3A, 2nd floor.
We will also introduce you to one of the techniques of the innovative method Neurographics, with which you can very quickly and in an extremely pleasant and beautiful way reduce the level of stress yourself, as soon as you feel it rising. The event is suitable for HR specialists, company and team managers, psychologists, coaches, as well as anyone who wants to learn more about stress and how to manage it.
Participation in the workshop is free, but it is necessary to register in advance using the registration form provided. Registrants will receive an additional confirmation of participation.
