INVESTORS Webinar: Investment Opportunities in the Creative Industries

On February 27, the SPECTRA project consortium organized a specialized webinar and invited "Seed" investors (with investments between 200 thousand and 1.5 million euros) from Ireland and Bulgaria, who have investment interests in creative industries (audio-visual, music, stage arts). Together with experienced investors in the creative industries in a partnership format, we will have the opportunity to discuss the complexities, peculiarities and advantages of investing in the creative sector and will delve into the market approach and creative entrepreneurship.

Patrick Zuccetta (France/Portugal).
Over the past 20 years, Patrick has built a career as a serial entrepreneur, investing in a variety of markets, from professional audiovisual equipment and technology, to music intelligence and AI-based educational technology. He reinvested his profits from successful ventures into new ones. His initial expertise is in engineering technology, expanding over the years to business development with international experience, and then to leadership in startups with expertise in building networks from the US to China.

Thierry Baujard (Germany),
CEO of the pan-European investment network Media Deals, which focuses on the creative industries. Thierry has 20 years of experience in the field of international business consulting in the cultural and creative sector, helping investors and start-ups to develop the relevant funding strategy. His previous experience includes management positions at Vivendi (London and Los Angeles) and Studio Babelsberg and Canalweb in Berlin. As an investor, he currently has 8 companies in his portfolio.

Helena Dean (Ireland),
Program Director "Strategic for the Development of the Western Region" at the Western Development Commission, lead partner in the SPECTRA project. With expertise in supporting entrepreneurship, innovation and technology transfer, she actively works to promote open innovation, clusters and ecosystems in the West of Ireland region. Over the past 13 years, she has dedicated herself to supporting startups, new technologies, business planning and scaling, market analysis.
