Petya Koleva

Dr Petya Koleva is a European expert based in Sofia, founder of the research and consultancy company Intercultura Consult (2004), specialised in innovation for the arts and creative sectors. Team leader and researcher for the Humans at Play: Creators and Users project focusing on the video game industry. Over the last 3 years leading microinubators for innovation the CCI sectors; offered key expertise in regional Eastern, Northern, SouthEastEuropean focus on CCIs; is author of analytical report "Collaboration and Innovation Analytical Study on the Northern Dimension Countries“ covering opportunities, practices and innovation policy of the NDPC, 2021. Since 2004 is an expert and vice-chair for the Research Executive Agency and to the European Education and Culture Executive Agency of the European Commission as well as sector specific expert in (e.g. Cultural heritage) EU policy and innovation initiatives for the cultural and creative sectors.

Milena Berbenkova

Milena Berbenkova is an audience analysis and development specialist. She coordinated the activities of Intercultura Consult's project "Reconnect: Audiences and Cultural Content in the Digital Environment" and is now a manager of “Time Perspectives: Long-term Benefits of the Culture - Audience Relationship”, both supported by the Bulgarian National "Culture" Fund. At the end of 2021 she worked on the overview of the Bulgarian gaming industry. Milena has been involved in several audience research projects for cultural organisations in Bulgaria over the last four years and initiated the research on creatives and on audiences with regard to the global pandemic transformation of needs.
